What you’ll experience at Delta-v

Our Go-to-Market Academy will set you on a path to become a revenue leader. Within 24 months of joining Delta-v, you’ll be in position to move into a leadership role in our business.

Month 1-2

Onboarding

In your first month, you’ll go through a foundational go-to-market bootcamp.

You’ll then immediately be assigned to the Go-to-Market team of one of our Fintech clients and put your new skills into action whilst being closely supported by one of our trainers.

Month 3-12

Skills Mastery

Over the course of your first 12 months, you’ll be focused on mastering the fundamental skills and knowledge you need – all while being coached by one of our sales leaders.

Once you’ve demonstrated mastery and have developed a track record, you’ll be in a position to take your first steps to becoming a sales leader.

Months 12-24

Leadership Readiness

After achieving mastery of the core skills and fundamentals, you’ll get to experience your first taste of leadership. You’ll get to mentor new joiners, own customer interactions, and contribute to go-to-market tactics and strategy.

All of this is to prepare you for moving into a full-blown management role.

FAQs

Who should apply for our sales training academy?

We hire university graduates with 1-2 years of customer-facing work experience. This experience could include work done during your studies. We look for smart, curious, highly motivated people who are excited by hard challenges.

What work experience do I need?

We don’t look for any specific experience other than you need to have previously had a role where you have interacted with customers. At Delta-v we hire for mindset and then equip you with the toolset and skillset to be successful as a Go-to-Market Consultant.

How often does the Delta-v Go-to-Market Academy do new intakes?

We don’t have specific intake dates. We are generally always hiring and will put new starters through our Go-to-market academy programme as they join the business.

How does the interview process work?

After you’ve applied, you’ll receive a phone call from one of our team. If that goes well, you can expect a face-to-face interview followed by a homework task and spending a day in the office for a simulation day. If that all goes well, an offer will be extended to you.

How is the pay structured?

You’ll receive a strong base salary combined with monthly commission & incentives. If you meet your targets, your commission will make up 30% of your total earnings. The commission is uncapped though, so the harder you work, the more you can earn.

Is this a sales internship?

No its not, it’s a permanent role where you’d be employed full time by Delta-v.
