We know what it’s like to scale sales. Over the years, our Go-to-Market experience has covered building sales teams covering the full sales cycle across a number of high growth companies.

We’ve learnt a simple truth:

The biggest barrier to growth for most tech companies is their ability to generate a predictable pipeline of high-quality sales opportunities.

We realised that the biggest lever we can pull in pursuit of our mission is to provide the high-performing SDR teams necessary to generate that pipeline. We set up Delta-v as an outsourced sales development company because enterprise sales development teams can be incredibly difficult to design, build and manage. We’ve seen the unwanted management overhead they create for business leaders who have many other urgent priorities.

For us though, it’s a passion—we’re sales nerds after all.

Alex has an extensive track record of building revenue organisations for B2B tech companies. This includes his own startup which he successfully sold in 2015. Prior to founding Delta-v he worked with numerous software companies, helping them to build out sales engines that drove predictable and profitable revenue growth.

Sipho brings experience in business strategy, developing teams and executive-level leadership. Prior to joining Delta-v, he was a leader at a global SaaS company, where he was a Sales Director. He's passionate about breaking into new markets and driving enterprise sales for SaaS companies.

He has a track record of producing top leads and has been the recipient of awards for his business development skills.

Hannah brings a background in chemical and biomedical engineering from Stellenbosch University, and experience working in enterprise value chain optimisation. She is looking forward to delving into the dynamic world of B2B SaaS and FinTech sales. Her mission is to streamline sales operations at Delta-v, by optimising processes and systems to best support the sales teams in developing quality pipeline opportunities.

Matthew Van Herzeele

As a part-time finance enthusiast, Matthew is currently pursuing an Honours degree in BCom with a focus on Economic Analysis of Financial Markets. He joins us from a leading climate fintech, where he spearheaded the sales team and was instrumental in closing over 80 deals and boosting their merchant base by 40%. Matthew has a passion for sales and is eager to apply his expertise in executing GtM strategies for SaaS and fintech companies in EMEA
